Where and when can I check in?

Registration is on the 4th floor across from the Sheraton Ballroom. Registration will be open 

  • Monday: 7 AM – 6 PM
  • Tuesday: 7 AM – 6 PM
  • Wednesday: 7 AM – 3 PM

How do I access WiFi at the conference?

To access the wireless internet in the meeting space:

  • Connect to the MarriottBonvoy_Conference wireless network
  • Once connected to the wireless network, open an internet browser and you will see a sign in page.
  • Type the following code into the ‘Access Code’ box. STIHIV23
  • As soon as the Marriott website appears, you are connected

How do I access the Congress app and website?

Instructions on how to download and use the Congress app can be found here. If you prefer to not use the app, you can access the web version here.

How can I attend the Gala Cruise?

  • The Gala Cruise is sold out
  • If you purchased the Gala Cruise, you will be given a ticket when you check-in to the conference.
  • The boat will depart from the hotel
  • Dress is business casual
  • Pickup at 6:30, depart from the hotel at 7:00, fireworks at 9:00, back to Navy Pier at 10

Is there a lactation room available?

There are two lactation rooms available. Please check in at the registration desk and we will direct you. When you check-in to the hotel, you can request a mini fridge to store breastmilk in your room if needed.

Can I view slides?

Slides will be available on the conference app directly after the presentation. Only slides provided by speakers will be available.

What meals are provided?

There are breakfast and limited lunch sessions offered on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. You can see the full offering in the agenda.
