Covid Policy: The conference highly encourages the usage of masks given the close proximity but it will not be a requirement. All attendees agree that they will not attend the conference if they have any symptoms or have been exposed in the last 7 days. We will revise the COVID policy as needed due to CDC updates.

Refund Policy: All canceled registrations are subject to a $75 processing fee. Cancellations received before or on July 1, 2023 will be refunded, less a $75 processing fee. No refund will be granted for cancellations received after July 1, 2023. We regret that refunds will not be granted for “No-shows”.
